As the school year 2023/24 comes to an end, I want to take a moment to reflect on the past months and share my thoughts. It has been a year full of experiences, challenges, and valuable lessons.
One of the most memorable experiences was our class trip to Bratislava for the practice firms fair. This trip was a nice break from the usual school routine and an excellent opportunity to learn more about our neighboring countries and make international friends. Besides that, the shared breaks in the schoolyard and the numerous cool projects we worked on together were also highlights.
Of course, not everything was smooth sailing. One of the toughest challenges was preparing for my mathematics exam. The preparation period was filled with stress and uncertainty, and I often wished I could skip the exam altogether.
Despite this, I am proud to have successfully overcome this hurdle, even though it required a lot of energy. Overall, the school year 2023/24 was a valuable time full of experiences and personal development. Despite some challenges and less pleasant moments, the positive memories outweigh the negatives. I am quite satisfied with my academic performance. I tried to improve in many subjects. The lessons were mostly interesting and varied. The lessons were mostly interesting and varied, and our class maintained a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Looking ahead to the upcoming school year 2024/25, I anticipate more stress and challenges. My goal is to improve my weaknesses and fully prepare for my final exams.
Best,
Efe Kayhan
I have to say I am so glad that I am not the only person who wanted to give up in the middle of the exam phase. Also the school trip you and your class had sounded very similar to our school trip to Ireland. And I also wish you all the best for your final exams!!
Wow! This was one of the best blogs I’ve ever read! To be honest I think mathematics is the most frustrating subject to ever exist! Thankfully this year is finally over 🙂 Hopefully next year won’t be as stressful and maybe more fun!
Wow! This was one of the best blog entries I’ve ever read. It is nice to see how far you’ve come. I hope you’ll achieve your goals and enjoy the rest of the school year. Best wishes!
I think you did great on improving your marks this semester. I am also working on it and i sometimes wishes that we have a firealarm when we write exams. I wish you the best for the upcoming schoolyear.
In my opinion, I think that you really reflect how a student’s „school life“ is in the HAK/HAS Tulln. I also can’t argue with you saying that a mathematics exam is very stressful and one of the hardest, if not the hardest subject to learn for.
😀
In my opinion, it was also a great year with a lot of wonderful experiences. I can understand you, math exams are really hard. You wrote a perfect article about our school year.
Very nice blog Efe! I also hate the exam phase so much.
But I think this school year was filled with more memories then last year.
Events like „Jedermann“ are still in my head.
I wish you the best!
We went on a school trip this year as well, but it was to Ireland. That too was great to experience and not to forget. I hope that everyone in our class will pass their exams to stay here next year. I am very much looking forward to the next year at school.
